lunchtime streaming show um we've seen in the comments but some of you dig old retro footage of uh computers as much as i do um i have a lot of uh films that fit that criteria and unfortunately uh that one so that one came from the coronet collection that we're scanning and it didn't have a soundtrack accompanying soundtrack it was a um kind of a um like a master file or what they call an insurance hold copy so that they could strike a new print if they needed to but the soundtrack is separate um one of the reasons for that is probably uh because the um they would often record alternate soundtracks in other languages and so that's maybe why um yeah anyways uh so uh yesterday was uh for the 420th show and so somebody said hey why don't we watch a bunch of films about marijuana so we did and it's kind of like that oh we can eat a bunch of brownies that have marijuana in them by the end of it you're like oh so there was some groaning yesterday um although world of the weed even though visually wasn't interesting the information was great and the tie-in like talking about um the tie-in with marijuana hashish and uh hassan and the assassins that was awesome so anyways there was some interesting stuff there uh but yes some people did not like all those films about maryland so there's no films about marijuana today um but what i have set up set up behind me on our telecini is um three films that i've just scanned uh that were donated to us uh and they have a wide they they kind of span different um uh subjects and times so uh this was what i was going to show yesterday if everybody voted not to watch films about marijuana but you know live and learn all right so here's uh three films and um i haven't decided if i'm gonna break i'll probably break them between each film but uh here we go why we believe in god wow [Music] [Applause] [Music] foreign [Applause] [Music] [Music] [Music] yeah oh [Music] one day each week comes the appointed day of rest comes the hour of worship and just as we go to church in our your town so do children and grown-ups in every city and village north east south or west all around our country and all around the entire free world obedient to the fourth commandment we go to church to learn about god and to worship him to thank him for all his blessing because everything we have god has given us [Music] [Music] so [Music] yes god has given us life everything we have and we are thankful so we go to church but sometimes many of us forget why we go to church we start to take things for granted and it becomes sort of a habit we should always remember the wonderful things around us for the world god created for us is wonderful indeed man can build but only god can create we look proudly at the shiny new cars we have built our skyscrapers climb high in the sky and silver super airliners climb higher still these things men have built but even the tiniest grain of sand the smallest blade of grass only god can create for everything god created there is a reason and a purpose if we can but understand it least most insignificant thing humble dust dust that settles on the furniture dust that gets on our clothing and dirties our shoes dust that we must wipe off polish off wash off but without this same dust which hangs in the air we would never have rain for the moisture in the air needs tiny particles of dust upon which to condense [Music] these tiny invisible particles of moisture-laden dust to form the clouds from which the cool rain falls without the rain falling from the heavens the whole land would be an empty desert [Music] [Music] ah [Music] oh [Music] oh [Music] ah [Music] me [Music] hey [Music] [Music] [Music] foreign [Music] [Laughter] the wonders of the world god created are all around us if we but look a mighty ocean and a gentle mountain stream the meadow in the valley and the rugged mountain pass yes look with seeing eyes look in silence and in wonder and remember psalms 46 10 be still and know that i am god be still and know that i am god [Music] so a lot of uh stock footage of clouds and um plants um and so you got to wonder who this film was made for uh i don't think it was meant to proselytize like people who didn't believe in god probably weren't convinced that they were going to believe in god after this but you know maybe this is a booster for uh those that were on the fence or those that were lacking in faith a little bit but did believe in god it's very interesting this one didn't come with any um literature to help with questions or talk about what the uh um you know what the point of the film was but pretty interesting all right so now we're gonna um shake it up a little bit with a disaster on main street [Music] so main street usa has answered the call of war three times within the memory of a single generation each time the nature of warfare itself has gone through revolutionary changes before 1914 wars were primarily a matter for the fighting army [Music] now the civilian has become as much a part of national defense as the armed services today the productive strength of a nation is the key to its ability to wage a victorious war in world war one the airplane became a military weapon adding a new dimension to warfare and as the engineers solved the riddles of aerodynamics and mass production the airplane could carry the war to the enemy's homeland to his city his factory and to the new warrior of the industrial age the civilian the air war developed giant bombers designed for a specific role to destroy the industrial resources of a nation the bomb loads continually increased then came the atom bomb in 1935 the british home secretary warned it is necessary to create civilian organizations to minimize the consequences of their attack it would not be possible to improvise effective measures on the spur of the moment preparation must be made in time of peace that warning was not an idle one in september 1940 the german luftwaffe began the air battle for britain disaster had really hit main street great britain [Music] during the flips busiest of the home front defenders was the civil defense fire card in the first 22 days of the london raids they fought nearly 10 000 fires this fire guard just one of the civil defense services became the largest part-time army ever recruited in britain it had a membership of over five million men and women in britain's darkest hours home front morale was kept high by help of this kind and food and clothing provided by all the organized civil defense services the courage and high morale of the british in those days caused mr churchill to say hitler knows that he will have to break us in this island or lose the war the civil and the air defense of britain during the blitz saved the free world in england's finest hour by blood sweat and tears the battle of britain had been won [Music] and now it was the turn of the raf bombers joined by the united states air force to carry the air war to germany's cities and its people [Music] now it was the turn of the german civilians to race for shelter as the allied planes began pouring destruction on main street germany one million two hundred thousand tons of high explosives and fire bombs were dropped on germany [Music] cities like frankfurt hamburg and berlin were gutted by fire because of inadequate water supply and the failure of the civil defense block groups to act in unison against incendiary attack the german evacuation system broke down under the unforeseen impact of 16 million people on the move [Music] but after its early failures german civil defense began showing better results despite incessant allied bombings the production rate of germany's industries doubled but it had been an expensive lesson 500 000 people have been killed 780 000 wounded seven and a half million civilians made homeless 20 million people deprived of electricity gas water sanitation no one was left untouched by suffering or hardship [Music] this is main street berlin so [Music] no one can escape the punishment of total war not the women or the aged or the children but preparedness can cut the toll in half [Music] japan too was among the first countries to recognize that civil defense went hand in hand with the air age as early as 1928 drills like these were held but 17 years passed before the first mass air raid on main street tokyo its death toll 80 000 apathy and indifference had wrecked the civil defense program nangasaki's industry and harbors made it a fortified zone then on august 9 1945 an atom bomb mushroomed over nangasaki the terrible result is history 35 to 40 thousand dead another forty thousand injured and what of civil defense there wasn't any only four hundred people were in air raid shelters that could have accommodated sixty five thousand years of military victories had dulled the minds of the japanese people to the need for civil defense we in america today are in the same danger of having our minds dulled by past military victories far from our shores [Music] disaster can strike as it did here in texas city enemy bombs didn't cause this disaster yet there were 700 dead and 2500 injured we met this disaster by calling on all our nationally available resources public and private state and federal what could your main street cope with a death toll of 50 000 and another 100 000 injured one atom bomb could make this and much more happen in a few seconds in new york detroit new haven big city little city your city this is peacetime america the future of this main street and the main streets throughout america the safety of our children our family our friend depends on you and what you do now to help make their future secure to a strong alert civil defense [Music] uh sorry about the uh war casualty footage that snuck in um i thought that this was a film about the importance of uh civil defense united states and i uh did not realize that it would show some suffering stuff anyways edward romero man great love him uh and coincidentally somebody talked about stage fright and that's what this next film is called it's missing the title but uh it jumps right in this is a stage frame you can do what he says we want to hear all about your trip to alaska fred's protests are to no avail we'll count on you for next thursday says the club man and he's gone fred whether he likes it or not is committed to make a speech fred's trapped he feels as if he just agreed to make a parachute jump or ride a rocket to the moon and this is just the beginning for fred is on his way to all the terror all the worry all the pain of an ailment commonly known as stage fright as time passes and thursday approaches fred will be jolted from his reading for the awful recollection that the day is near his deepest slumbers may be interrupted by the harrowing thought of what's to come and even food is hard to force into a stomach that feels as if it were loaded with hot bricks yes sir freddie is scared just plain scared and on the day of the speech he's really a sight the toastmaster gives a glowing account of fred's experience as a traveler and of his upstanding qualities as a man he mentions how fred is considered a leader of the community and how proud he is to introduce him but look at fred he's not even sure he can stand up let alone walk to the rostrum he's trembling and weak in every joint his feet are cold his hands are hot and shaky and fred wishes he were someplace else diagnosis stage fright yes and fred's ailment is common to you to you and to you yes you've all had stage fright and you know how bad it can be but what can you do about it first you must recognize stage fright for what it is stage fright is fear and what are you afraid of are you afraid someone in your audience will stand up and take a pot shot at you are you afraid there will be a snake on the stage or that you will fall off the platform no you're afraid of what people will say and think about you as you stand before them you're afraid of their ridicule you're afraid they'll see your faults and your shortcomings because the thing you're really afraid of is yourself you're afraid of faults that are products of your imagination when you get up to speak will you say the right thing the thing you mean to say will you make grammatical errors will you mispronounce words will you look all right to your audience will you forget will you be able to speak at all let's see what can be done to help you conquer stage fright we'll go back to fred at the time he was notified that he would speak on thursday minute fred found he was elected to speak he became a little frightened a perfectly natural reaction so fred should have begun to say to himself well they want me to speak at the luncheon club quite an honor they must think i'm really somebody fred is building up his self-confidence next fred carefully plans his speech so that when thursday comes he'll be absolutely certain of what he will say to the luncheon club he writes down his ideas he's laying the stepping stones of his talk by using facts examples stories illustrations reasons and conclusions that will make up his speech by putting it down in black and white fred is sure he has something important to say he knows where he is going when the essential points of his speech have been outlined fred may try it out just to be sure he imagines he's in front of the luncheon club and is making his opening remarks again he assures himself that he is confident and that the members of the club want him to speak by practicing his speech he is taking an important step that will help him control stage fright now to be sure of his appearance fred has his suit pressed and decides exactly what he will wear the day he speaks perhaps fred's not the best speaker in the world but he certainly won't leave himself open to ridicule because of the way he looks good appearance is most important in making a good speech because your audience will judge you partly on your appearance if you know you look good to your audience you will feel good another help in controlling your fear even such a small thing as wearing your favorite tie can have an effect on your mental attitude and so on your speech so you see in preparing himself for the speech fred has accomplished the one thing that will help him most in controlling stage fright and mastering his fear he has built up his self-confidence he has done this by convincing himself that he's to be the honored guest at the luncheon club that by his achievements he has earned the right to speak he has planned his speech and practice it so he knows exactly what he will say and finally he has made sure of his personal appearance now let's see what happens at the luncheon club this time again the chairman of the club describes fred's exploits in the alaskan wilds and welcomes spread to the group this time the words of praise do not fall on deaf ears fred is prepared and confident the fear that fred experiences now is good because he has control of it it's nature's way of keeping the body and mind sharp and alert yes fred is alert and instead of a growing fear he's ready and eager to get into a speech the introduction completed fred walks to the speaker's position with confidence and although his legs may be a little shaky he starts his talk with the same forceful words he planned in his office he speaks with a full strong voice and stands straight and tall fred's smart enough to know that his talk will not interest everyone so he picks out the sympathetic faces in his audience and talks to them he picks out the friendly faces and pays no attention to the unfriendly ones fred is determined not to let little mistakes bother him now he's lost his place is his audience uncomfortable and embarrassed for him not in the least he has made them see the humor in the situation there on his side as fred continues speaking he thinks of what he says not how he says it and so in making a good speech fred has raised himself in the estimation of his friends and neighbors more than that he has raised himself in his own estimation he feels more qualities of leadership and accomplishment than he has ever felt before he is proud of his ability to overcome the fear that would hinder his speech yes fred's talk is a success and fred's success can be your success you can learn to master your fears about yourself you can learn to control stage fright and make it work for you just remember how fred prepared himself by convincing himself that people wanted him to speak by preparing his speech and practicing it by creating confidence in himself fred did it you can do it [Music] all right what an odd mixture of film so that was 1949 and that was a young american films uh stage stage frank um pretty great [Music] and so i might be doing some more of these types of things where i have a bunch a couple of short films kind of uh queued up on a reel as we scan them just take advantage of the fact that they're already built up on a reel and we'll watch more because um i certainly enjoy showing stuff that's already been scanned but um this is a quick and easy way to show stuff that's been set up all right um if i wasn't being no let's not do that let's do that all right uh here's a film about what things are made of [Music] so [Music] our world is made of land air and water it is filled with concrete steel glass wood and many other materials although we have names for each of these different materials the scientist uses one word to describe the things we see in our world that word is matter people buses cars and buildings are made of matter mountains forests and rivers are made of matter planets and stars are also made of matter the earth and its oceans are made of matter all living things are matter all non-living things are also matter but what is matter to the scientist everything that has weight and occupies space is matter for example this metal object is matter we can see that the metal has weight the metal also occupies space we can see that it is taking up most of the space that the water occupied all matter that has a definite shape is matter in a solid state what about the air that we breathe we can't see air is air also matter the scientist can help us find out this balloon is being filled with air air is a mixture of gases gases occupy space as we fill the balloon with air we can see that air a gas does occupy space all gases occupy space do gases have weight we will find out using a very delicate balance or scale two empty beakers on the scale exactly balance each other now we will pour bromine a gas we can see into one beaker the scale shows us that the bromine has weight all gases have weight but gases do not have a definite shape or volume as we can see by this gas now what about liquids does water fit our definition of matter let's find out we'll color the water to make it easier to see water like all other liquids does have weight and we can see that liquids also occupy space so we can say that liquids are matter liquids unlike solids have no definite shape liquids take the shape of the container that holds them a liquid a solid and a gas these are the three states of matter but the scientist is also interested in what matter is made of in the composition of matter for example this is sulfur a solid the scientist knows that each of these pieces of sulfur is made up of many tiny crystals of sulfur like this one which has been magnified so we can see it the sulfur crystal is made up of millions of smaller particles called atoms this carbon is made up of atoms of carbon all atoms are so small that we do not see individual atoms however a single atom is often represented like this an atom is made up of a center or nucleus around which small particles called electrons move any matter such as sulfur for example that is made up of atoms that are all alike is called an element sulfur is an element carbon is also an element this is powdered iron iron is an element let's look at some more common elements most of our electrical wires are made from copper copper is a common element this pot is made of aluminum another common element altogether more than 100 elements have been discovered remember that each element is matter in which all the atoms are alike in other words there are more than one hundred different kinds of atoms since there are only about 100 different kinds of atoms how can there be so many different substances in the world let's imagine that we can make an atom large enough for us to see we will call this atom oxygen another element oxygen usually exists as two oxygen atoms join together this is a molecule of oxygen most elements exist as molecules sometimes molecules are made by joining different kinds of atoms here are two hydrogen atoms we join the two hydrogen atoms with the oxygen atom this gives us an entirely different kind of matter this is a molecule of water this molecule made of different kinds of atoms is a compound water is a compound chemists make compounds every day by joining atoms of different elements here we're mixing the element iron and the element sulfur mixing the two elements does not change either one however the chemist knows that heating this mixture will cause the elements to change we call this a chemical change in a chemical change two or more different kinds of atoms join together to form molecules of a new compound we can see that the iron and sulfur are changing we can see that this compound called iron sulfide no longer looks like either the iron or the sulfur that is because the iron and the sulfur underwent a chemical change sometimes chemists use a chemical change to take compounds apart for example this compound is mercuric oxide when it is heated the molecules of mercuric oxide are separated into the element mercury which is forming on the sides of the tube and the element oxygen which we see bubbling in the jar of water remember that matter may be changed chemically in two ways molecules may be separated into atoms as we have seen here or atoms of different elements may be joined together to form molecules as we saw with the iron sulfide in addition to chemical changes matter may also be changed physically breaking glass is a physical change cutting wood is a physical change we can't cut or break water but we can change it physically when water is frozen it changes to ice changing water to ice is a physical change because the ice still has the same composition as the water when the ice melts it physically changes back to water more heating brings about another physical change this time the water changes to steam changing water to steam or ice is a physical change we have learned that matter can be changed physically as well as chemically can you remember some of the other things that we learned about the composition of matter we learned that matter is anything that has weight and occupies space matter is found in three states as a solid as a liquid and as a gas we also learned that all matter may be subdivided into elements like this iron all elements are made up of particles called atoms atoms are the smallest particles that make up an element when atoms of the same element or atoms of two or more different elements join together they form a molecule molecules made of different kinds of atoms form a compound making a compound is one way of changing matter chemically taking a compound apart is another way to change matter chemically you can find examples of chemical changes in matter as you watch your mother cooking food you can find examples of physical changes in the matter that you see and handle every day understanding that all matter is made up of atoms and molecules will help you to answer the question what are things made of um i love these uh light science films that kind of deal with a concept and uh there's a diversity of imagery that shows up in it and explaining states of matter and all that and then i even delight even more to look at the comments and see that everybody's talking about hauling oats on youtube so you guys are hilarious so thank you so much for commenting and going down these weird paths um it's it's why i like showing these films for some reason it kind of it's almost like a stream of consciousness uh where everybody is kind of looking into it's not gonna work all right so this film is uh you know another cornet film and this was a donation this actually wasn't from uh um collection which means that i might be able to unearth a color version of this this one's black and white and as i've been finding um i can find often times that they shot stuff in color uh and most of the uh copies that were printed were in black and white because it was cheaper for schools to buy uh so this next film um is part of a couple of films that kind of came out in the 50s late 40s that dealt with um political ideologies and what was happening kind of post world war ii uh so there's one called despotism which is yeah it might be no i think it is yeah despotism i think was cornet um but anyways um this film has two views on socialism and so you have a panel of teens talking about what socialism is and so um and then comparing it to capitalism which they seem to give a little bit more screen time so you know i try not to i urge people not to get too political in the comments but i know it's going to be hard because i'm showing a film about politics so um let's keep it focused on the film if we can um anyways here's two views of socialism hmm it's not running so the computer didn't want me to show it all right well there you go here's uh oh maybe this is freaking out yeah i have a hard drive that's freaking out on me um all right let's find something real quick to replace us with it's a friday friday friday friday friday oh this is why oh all right let's try this all right here we go started then we'll turn it over to you now we're not here to advocate socialism we're here to get a better understanding of socialism by discussing it let's get started i think our first question is why study socialism after all the united states is the richest nation on earth and this has been brought about under a capitalistic system why would anybody want to change to a different system it's obvious that some people do favor change we've had organized socialist parties in the united states for more than a hundred years besides how can anyone decide intelligently what is good and bad in socialism without finding out something about it that's true all right harold what is socialism it's hard to define because socialists disagree among themselves on many points but on three points they do agree one productive wealth should be owned by the government and the government should be the only employer in the major businesses and industries two competition in industry should be abolished three production for use should be substituted for production for private profit you could also get communists to agree on those points true enough but communism is more extreme than socialism yes communists advocate violent revolution to destroy capitalism while socialists generally favor a peaceful change but what sort of change why do socialists feel that a change is needed what is their goal don all right i have an answer to those questions on a wire recording made especially for us by an outspoken advocate of socialism we should bear in mind that this man's purpose admittedly is to persuade us to his point of view this is his argument in favor of socialism i am a socialist it is my personal belief that capitalism is unjust that we must establish a new social and economic order to establish it we must chain social institutions which to a large extent determine our scale of values now the idea of socialism is very old but modern socialism well we might say that modern socialism stems from the factory the factory made the capitalist and to the capitalist the workers went trading their freedom for jobs who will deny that capitalism breeds inequality among men some men obtain more than their fair share of the national income others many others receive too little too little wealth too little freedom capitalism created this scene and this one get rich quick never mind wasting our land in our timber never mind wasting our oil gas and coal our natural resources and human resources have been plundered for profit socialists believe that the answer is planning central nationwide economic planning you may ask what would such a planned economy mean to me to answer that question let's imagine a family living in a socialist community living in this very house father works in the steel mill but his employer is his government and so he is also one of the owners of the mill and of all other basic enterprises which so largely control his life his hours of work and his wages are established by the government on the basis of what it thinks is best for him and the community because he is working for himself and for the community he derives intense satisfaction from his work notice anything different about the newspaper there's no advertising advertising is a wasteful result of business competition peggy ann has a new pair of shoes she bought them at the government store where the price was low because government ownership has eliminated not only advertising but other wasteful practices in competitive distribution gone are all the unnecessary competing shoe stores and other establishments but peggy ann will never want for shoes production is planned so that there are shoes and all other essentials for everyone socialism produces for use not for profit ted is all wrapped up in making plans for going to college he's looking ahead his government encourages him in his plan because socialism stands for the welfare of all people and it's possible for ted to make plans far in advance because there's no fear of what the future will bring father is secure in his job production planning has eliminated depression and unemployment and the old battle between capital and labor by producing for use instead of for profit by substituting cooperation for competition we achieve our goal of a happy orderly society i believe that our only hope of survival is to establish democratic controls of the economic processes by which we live that is socialism that is why i am a socialist there we have one man's argument for socialism next we are going to hear an opposing argument in order to balance the issues pro and khan we played that first recording for a man who believes in capitalism his purpose is to reply to some of the charges of socialism against capitalism i believe in capitalism free enterprise for the same reason that the overwhelming majority of americans believe in it because it affords opportunity for the individual to achieve success through his own efforts and because of his merits now let's take another look at that steel mill as it actually is under capitalism this is private ownership but not ownership by one or two capitalists this enterprise is owned by 50 000 stockholders and some of those stockholders are employees of the business the hope of accumulating wealth is the incentive for these stockholders to work and save they invest their savings in this factory and other forms of productive equipment thus making possible the production of more and more goods the same urge to accumulate wealth inspires the workers to do their best and these workers are paid the highest wages on earth for working the shortest hours to produce the most goods in production america leads the world and it is production nourished by our system of free enterprise given us the high standard of living which is so much a part of what we call the american way of life we're proud of our pioneer ancestors yet how many of us today would like to live as they did shouldn't we be equally proud of our economic system that has brought into millions of homes the modern wonders of the electric refrigerator the stove the radio and all the things that once were luxuries but which are now necessities that system our system is american capitalism free enterprise it's true that private ownership creates differences in income but here we have an extreme case and this represents the opposite extreme these are more typical of the average homes of workers workers who enjoy not only a high standard of living but a high standard of freedom each is his own master free to enjoy the rewards of his work free to go off on a trip with his family free to quit his job if he wants and work in another free to worship as he pleases to vote as he chooses free to go into business for himself yes in america the man who owns this house may have been born in this one and he may yet live in this one and he can achieve this entirely by his own efforts his own free enterprise now it's true that in the past our natural resources have at times been exploited in a wasteful manner but many steps to conserve these resources are rapidly being taken by industry and by government and we must never lose sight of the fact that full utilization of our natural resources has been one of the keys to full production but now let me draw for you a somewhat different picture of that socialist family we'll start the same way here's father home from work of course he hasn't worked very hard why should he his government wouldn't fire him and take away his security and he's paid not according to the work he does but according to what the government allows him to have father's working not for himself for the community and how is the community making out production hits all-time low washington the central planning board has issued new production quotas for all plants in the nation job performance quotas for individual workers are increased from 50 percent to 100 percent on the penalty of drastic reductions in food and clothing ration of course production is down there's no incentive for men to work oh yes there are no ads in the paper what goods are produced are distributed efficiently through government-owned stores that's where peggy ann got her new shoes she had wanted something a little more dressy but there were no other stores in which you could shop around under socialistic monopoly you pay what is asked and take what you get now what about young ted and his plans for the future is it really his future socialists talk of freedom yet the freedom of the individual is sacrificed to the dictates of the master plan and one of those who disagree they can't disagree criticism might upset the plan and confusion would result everyone must abide by the plan whether he likes it or not decisions are left to a small group of leaders and to enable them to carry out their ideas opposition to these leaders must be stamped out the socialism means not democracy but tyranny few men today will argue that there should be no control over business and we do have some instances of government ownership of business but does this mean that we should adopt socialism i say no i say we should fight to preserve capitalism free enterprise because of what it has done for the average worker here's a good question for your discussion how far have we gone in government ownership and control and how much further can we go and still preserve the high scale of living the personal freedom and the opportunity for individual advancement which make up the american way of life that is a good question for your discussion we've had some statements as to what socialism means in principle and we've heard two conflicting opinions of what it would mean in practice now it's your forum what is your opinion what does socialism mean to you i am sure that after this uh film ended the vast majority of discussion was about how bad socialism was um and you know the one thing they didn't talk about is when either one of these political ideals are corrupted by uh just corrupted by greed by racism by uh nepotism by lots of um uh things that kind of go in and just really muck up a system it was also interesting they pretty much just talked about a soviet model of socialism and they didn't look at other subtler versions but and of course you know the capitalists now you know are pretty good about managing resources thanks to government okay anyways thanks so much for tuning in today and letting me show kind of a uh somewhat inflammatory film um or i don't know it's not really inflammatory but um have a good weekend and we will see you on monday um so many more 16 millimeter films i want to show you i have so many holy cow somebody said i must have a ton of coronet films literally several tons of coordinate phones as about a year ago is when we got the uh the 14 pallets of coronet films that we're slowly going through as we find the time um these a lot of these things that i'm showing online and i put up on youtube are the scans we've done recently um so everybody have a great rest of your uh week and uh have a great weekend please be safe um i try to use this as a an escape from what's happening in the news but i do urge you to be safe with the delta variant it's out there and it's making people sick and that's makes me sad so please do whatever you can vaccination wear a mask all those things are things that um the educational films tell me that i should do and i think you should too everybody have a great rest your
