Illustrates, through the actions of four multi-cultural puppet children and a Fraidy Cat, how fears can be exaggerated. Suggests that everyone has a little "fraidy cat" in them at times and that these situations can be handled with a sense of humor and further knowledge about the situation. Includes an introduction by Captain Know and his pelican Blister, who also summarize and reinforce the concepts presented.
