Illustrates, through the actions of four multi-cultural puppet children, that one should respect and protect the environment from unwanted trash. Shows the children learning that it is their responsibility not to allow a little bit of trash to grow into a monster problem named Trashilla. Reinforces the concepts as Captain Know and his pelican Blister decide what should be done with their own trash.
