What's a Pellyacklesauris?

Examines, through the actions of four multicultural puppet children, the effects of taunts and ridicule on an individual, in this case a pellyacklesauris named Arthur. Raises questions about the meaning of "ugly" and encourages tolerance for things that are different. Includes an introduction by Captain Know and his pelican Blister, who also summarize and reinforce the concepts presented.
