Vietnamizing The War, 1969 - 1973

Describes how the U S began disinvolving itself from the war by training the South Vietnamese army to fight the battles. States that the withdrawal of U S troops resulted in hardship for the Vietnamese as the flow of goods and dollars diminished. Recalls that in the 1972 spring offensive, nearly all the casualties were Vietnamese.
