Peace Is At Hand

Recalls that from 1968 to 1973, Richard Nixon and Henry Kissinger worked to end the war, preferably with a victory through increased bombing, but end it any way necessary. Shows that Vietnamization continued, prisoners of war exchanged and the spirit of detente with Russia and China helped lead to a sort of peace.
