The Restless Earth: Evidence from Ancient Life

Examines the relationship between plant and animal evolution and the history of the earth's more prominent changes. Observes that considerable change to living things occurred when the continents last came together into one large mass and that many animals became extinct when this super-continent last broke apart. Notes that plant and animal life on earth may date as far back as 3400 million and 600 million years respectively.
