Description: Bertha and Ralph, both in their seventies, live together, though unmarried, in a senior citizen hotel. Bertha, almost blind, is extremely bitter about her loss of independence. Ralph accepts growing old more circumspectly. They provide a candid picture of the attitudes and feelings of people their age.
