Description: Through interviews with three young middle-class couples, this film attempts to present a view of the challenges and responsibilities of parenthood. The couples discuss the stressfulness of raising a family, the increased financial burdens and the limits placed on personal freedom. Each parent stresses the need for a flexible attitude toward childraising and realistic expectations concerning parents' and children's capabilities.
