Emphasizes that a good range grazing program should be based on four principles--limitation of livestock on any pasture while maintaining a vigorous stand of desirable grasses, grazing during seasons favorable to the grasses that need to be increased, even distribution of animals and choice of the kind and type of livestock which can be adapted on the range and the region.
