Description: Cats are trained to respond positively to a triangle card in the windows of two or more food boxes. Cats trained in 'PAIRED' stimulus situation 4two boxes) transfer readily to 'UNPAIRED' situations (three or four boxes) and those trained with three or four boxes transfer to two boxes. Triangle choice remains even when stimulus sizes and figure-ground relationships are varied.
