The Transistor Configurations

Considers a P-N-P crystal having a wide central region shows the concentration graphs for this crystal and points out how the application of a forward voltage at one of the P-N junctions and a reverse voltage at the other modifies the form of these graphs. Illustrates further change in the concentration graphs caused by the reduction of the width of the central region.
