Part I: Neo-Colonialism and Violence--An historical, geographical and economic analysis of Argentina separated into a prologue and thirteen film essays on the Argentine situation. Part II: An Act for Liberation--This part is divided into two sections. The first A Chronicle of Peronism, uses newsreel and historical footage to examine the ten-year reign of Juan Peron (1945-55). The second section, Chronicle of Resistance, traces the activities of the Peronist movement during the decade following Peron's fall from power and features interviews with workers and officials of the Peronist labor movement. Part III: Violence and Liberation--Consisting of interviews, testimonials, reports and letters, this part examines the role of violence in the national liberation process and constitutes a call to action.
