Discloses that the kids have mixed feelings about being away from home for the first time when they go off to summer camp. Explains that besides the newness of the situation and meeting children of other races, there is a camp bully who makes things worse with his practical jokes and general nasty disposition. Relates that Russell decides he has had enough and runs away, only to get himself in a real jam. Concludes with Russell being rescued by the camp bully, everyone becoming friends and promising to meet again next year.
