Description: Shows that the kids are impressed by a friend, Frainey Bates, as he spends a great deal of money on candy, ice cream and other goodies for everyone. Reveals that the cool cash comes from Frainey's dope-pusher brother Muggles. Illustrates the ensuing events which include a breathtaking motorcycle ride, involvement with the police and a great deal of worry to duped Fat Albert. Concludes with Albert emerging as the hero of the hour, after a lot of forgiving, forgetting, explanations and understanding.
