Several people in costume pull an altar like thing, possibly Balinese. Women with batons, Roman crested helmets and skirts. Parade car passes by, then a float with a horse statue. Model battleship drives by followed by people in steamer costumes. Marching band. Steam ship float. Crowds visible as more assorted floats go passed. Horse drawn carriage.
