Description: Documents how, up among the Alpine peaks of Switzerland, a group of hang-gliding enthusiasts has achieved the ultimate in the sport. Shows Swiss Tony Wyss and his friends as they jump off the 9,000 foot Schilthorn peak and gently swoop among the other snow-capped peaks with the pine forests and Alpine villages far below. A sequence showing photographer Eric Jones receiving elementary hang-gliding lessons from the expert Wyss heightens awareness of the skill and experience necessary to soar above the Alps.
