A filmed report on the results of of a yearlong experiment in an elementary school in Ohio, when every classroom in the school was equipped with a motion picture and a filmstrip projector, and where the school library was well-stocked with films and filmstrips to be used as the basic materials of instruction, rather than supplementary materials. Shows reactions of the principal, teachers and students to the project.
