Description: Deals with a youngster who borrows money from a girl for joke and novelty items then buys raffle tickets instead. Shows that when one of the boy's dissatisfied customers threatens violence for a refund, the lad sells off his tickets, repays his disgruntled customer and creditor, and surprieses all with the raffle's outcome.
