Description: Best friends Jo and Lisa are rehearsing for their school's Fall Follies. Jo has written a song which Lisa, the better singer, will perform. Jo also tries out as a dancer in the show, partly to please her mother, who is a dance instructor. She is later asked to drop out of the dance line because she cannot memorize the routines.
