Complete Record: Presents the conflict between the Nisqually Indians of Washington State and the State’s Game and Fisheries men over fishing rights granted the Indians which are now being disrupted by the State on the basis of ‘conservation.’ Shows newsfilm of the demonstration at Frank’s Landing where, although supposedly no weapons were used, violence occurred. Explains that the provisions of the 1854 Treaty of Medicine Creek have been disputed in court from 15 years and still no decision has been reached. Includes narration by Marlon Brando and ‘Now That the Buffalo’s Gone’ sung by Buffy St. Marie.
