Compares the reasons why two different workers (a youth leader and a mechanic) chose their occupations. The point of the film is not to draw comparisons about the lifestyle of youth leaders as opposed to that of mechanics, but to show that a person’s lifestyle - which includes work - is a reflection of his or her values. The reasons a person chooses a particular career are often dependent upon personal values - what he or she feels is important.
