Description: Storyteller/musicologist Andrew Tracy recites the tale of Mapandagare to a group of African children seated around a campfire. It is the story of a great baboon who drives off the thieves that are stealing an orphan girl's cattle. This tale is preceded by a description of the various African musical instruments used in African storytelling techniques.
