In this 1960s educational film produced by the Houston-based Bob Bailey Productions, Keith Charles outlines the uses of liquid natural gas. Describing the emerging science of cryogenics, Charles explains the development, safety, and potential application of liquid natural gas for energy, transportation, and aerospace. This film also highlights infrastructure for the distribution and storage of liquid natural gas. Formed in the mid-1930s, the Houston-based Bob Bailey Productions produced mostly industrial and educational films for area oil, natural gas, and petrochemical companies, but also made newsreels for Fox and Movietone.
