Ed Lewis, a Black businessman, left his union job to start a commercial printing business that now grosses more than three million dollars a year. This documentary examines those characteristics which make Lewis' enterprise a success, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of being self employed. Lewis' son and daughter, who are also involved in the business, describe their goals.
