HOME MOVIES: 1940s

This silent 16mm home movie was likely shot by someone who owned a Coca-Cola distributorship in the 1939 or 1940..most likely R.H. Bennett, Jr. of Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin. The film starts with images of Gable's Dining Hall, a sort of glorified hamburger stand that served roast beef, salisbury steak, fried fish, etc. as indicated on the sign. Unfortunately most of the film after :54 is out of focus but it shows delivery men posing with their Coke truck.
