Description: An instructive film with an entertaining plot which demonstrates how one can come out ahead when in the market for a used car. Two high school students in an autoshop class are given a check list which describes in detail areas and items to be examined and the danger signs that signify potential pitfalls. One student adheres to the list and purchases a safe, reliable car; the other disregards the list and is duped by an unscrupulous salesman into purchasing a lemon.
