Description: Based on "The Jim Cantonelli case" by Norman B. Sigband Recounts the story of a relatively frequent happening in business. Jim is a hard worker and does excellent job. When an opening occurs in a supervisory position, Jim's boss, Mr. Baker asks him to take the promotion. Jim refuses, but accepts it only after Mr. Baker overrides Jim's refusals. Although Jim tries hard, he is obviously failing as a manager. Mr. Baker realizes it is his fault, not listening to Jim. He tries to find possible solutions, and listens to Jim and finds acceptable solution
