This film looks at the reasons we diet and at the grave consequences of excessive dieting, focusing specifically on the dieting disease known as anorexia nervosa. The film is designed to familiarize the viewer with the hazards of obsessive calorie counting and to help him or her gain a perspective on the role of dieting in heath and personal development.
