Description: Explains that the cuff re-implantation procedure is extremely useful when an inadequate pelvis for a pelvic flap exists, there is a pure extrinsic obstruction due to aberrant vessels, there is no ureteral redundancy and there is a normal, adequate dependent ureteropelvic funnel that can be properly re-anastomosed to the pelvis. Demonstrates the actual procedure.
