This film is designed for the one person who can do something about the auto theft problem: the patrol officer. The film should give the officer some insight into the commercial auto theft problem and into recognizing the common scams of the thief. Using the most easily recognized car conversion method, officers are given a look into the mechanics of this change over of the stolen auto from hot to cool.
