Records collision tests done at UCLA which use anthropometric dummies to show what happens to the occupants of two cars colliding at different speeds. Uses slow motion photography to compare the differences in injuries to those wearing safety belts and those not wearing them. Debunks common rationalizations for not wearing safety belts and stresses that most fatal traffic accidents occur at slow speeds close to home.
