Here's an interesting film. This 8mm home movie from the 1950s was shot using a Vistascope anamorphic lens. Looking online, it seems this was supposed to be a 1.5 aspect ratio, but that didn't look right, so I set the pixel ratio to 1.33. It might not be exactly the right aspect ratio, but it's pretty close and looks reasonably natural. The music referred to in the titles was on a seperate medium (either acetate, tape, or wire) that I do not have, but most likely it was just schmaltzy music. I left the film silent.
