for [Music] the crocodile crocodiles live in hot wet places just as alligators do crocodiles look very much like alligators but all the animals we're going to see are [Music] [Applause] [Music] crocodiles crocodiles have tough skin and a powerful [Music] tail the crocodile has a long SL liim [Music] snout and they have strong Jaws [Music] to help them float crocodiles fill their lungs with air when crocodiles float they leave their nose eyes and ears just out of the water and when they go underwater their nose and ears close up [Music] crocodiles only live where they can lie in the hot sun all year long crocodiles eat fish and frogs birds and land animals animal they swallow their food in big chunks the crocodile swims by moving its tail back and forth it's very fast in [Applause] water these baboons have found some crocodile eggs like all rep crocodiles lay eggs and baboons like to eat them so does the monitor lizard but not all of the crocodiles eggs will be eaten baby crocodiles will hatch from some of them [Music] and once they're born they head for [Music] water the tiny crocodiles can snap their jaws and feed themselves they can paddle their feet and waggle their tails and [Music] swim but they can't protect themselves from [Applause] danger not until they much bigger so staying near their mother is the safest way to spend the [Music] day crocodiles [Music]
