Shows how, in a few weeks, this chapter helped establish a local suicide prevention service, recruited, trained and placed 30 volunteers for local psychiatric clinics, aroused the public to the needs of the district's emotionally handicapped children, and sent staff and volunteers to confer with state legislators on past and pending mental health legislation.
