An excerpt from the 1949 feature film 'INTRUDER IN THE DUST.' Faulkner's story of a white boy who convinces the town prosecutor of the innocence of a Negro arrested for the murder of a white man. The prosecutor, the boy and the sheriff bring the real murderer to justice and thwart a lynch mob.
