Dictatorships have developed a religious intolerance which has spread alarmingly throughout the United States in spite of efforts of influential groups and people to forestall such developments. A Roman Catholic, a Protestant and a Jewish child play together on an American shore -- but across the ocean not only religious but also political and social rights are denied to minority groups.
