This is the story of the hundreds of thousands of mentally retarded athletes who compete in the Special Olympics each year. Although these competitors can't learn as much or as quickly as others, they bring courage, determination and spirit to the games, and in return experience competition, friendship, love and compassion. Narrated by Tom Seaver.
