Will Drafting

Demonstrates the solution-oriented interview technique of will drafting. Shows the dipositive devices available to the lawyer, the problems of draftsmanship and the different acceptable solutions. Portions of two interviews are conducted in a law office setting while the attorney/narrator recommends techniques essential to the efficient interview.
