Network executives, new commentators, critics, writers, the president of the Nielsen rating company, and the chairman of the Federal Communications Commission present their ideas as to what is good programing, what is bad, and where and how changes can be made. Criticizes the passive viewer who does not turn his set off when poor programs are offered and suggests that viewers write to the networks expressing their opinions as to the type of programs available.
