Description: Tells the story of Mark, aged ten, who, when his family moves from the relative tranquility of a small rural community to the chaotic environment of an inner city core, finds it impossible to stand up to the local gang without disobeying his mother's dictates. Shows that Mark runs away from the gang and from home until self-discovery brings self-confidence and he is able to face responsibility and resolve his dilemma.
