Description: Presents 'VOLPONE' by Ben Jonson. At the trial, when Voplone's decrepit body is produced, Bonario and Celia are found guilty, since Volpone was clearly incapable of rape. In a mood of spite, Volpone pretends to be dead and spreads the word that Mosca is his sole heir. Finally Volpone reveals his identity in order to expose Mosca and pull everyone down with him. The innocent are released and the villains severely pun ished.
