A slapstick caricature of Motorcycle Gangs- who terrorize the Mild Ones Scooter Club, are ticketed by policemen, and lose a girl hitchhiker to a group of business men riding children’s scooters. By combining live actors and pixilation techniques, all of the riders race down the road without any vehicles under them, yet they leave tire marks behind.
