Description
Marines and civilians test an automatic fire suppression system for armored vehicle passenger compartments by detonating projectiles in LVTP-7s at Camp Pendleton. Includes slow motion footage of fires inside armored vehicles and close-ups of fire suppression system parts. Graphics are used to supplement the documentary footage. Other vehicles shown: USS High Point (PCH-1), a Bell AH1 Cobra, and LVTR-7-96.
