Description
Aftermath of the Japanese bombing of Shanghai business districts prior to the removal of the many dead. Civilians and uniformed personnel place bodies on trucks for removal. Blood is washed from the streets by the fire department. Locations include, the Sincere Department store (Nakin and Checkiang roads) and Cathay Hotel. Film begins with views of naval vessels in the Huangpu River and elevated views of Shanghai during the bombing.
