Description
Panorama of makeshift huts with buildings in the background. Japanese forces parade on a dirt road with a band while a delegation of onlookers watch beneath tents. Japanese trucks carry troops and weapons, among those may be Type 93 150mm mortars. Type 89 tanks as well as a small armored machine gun carriages and a variety of armored cars also present. A second sequence shows General Charles F. B. Price reviewing Marine positions in Shanghai (Lt. Col. William H. Rupertus is likely present in some scenes as well as other unidentified officers). Price speaks with French military officials. With crowds looking on Marines gather at trucks with gear. Bomb and battle damage is surveyed and then A Japanese sailor stands guard at a small bridge. More bomb damage is shown and this includes damage to the North Station (rail yard).
