BGen. Virgil W. Banning relieves BGen. John W. Antonelli in a change of command ceremony. Presentation of the colors, Marines pass-in-review before the United States Marine Memorial Chapel. LtGen. Herman Nickerson Jr., LtGen. Lewis J. Fields, MajGen. Michael P. Ryan civilians, and other USMC members observe. Marines guard with M14 rifles and are saluted by BGens Antonelli and Banning. Speeches are given. T28 aircraft, CH46A, and
UH1 helicopters fly low.
