Description
Takeoff from the USS Coral Sea (CVA-43) is filmed from within the cockpit of a jet. F3D is filmed aboard the flight deck, one of the aircraft from the Navy Air Training Command (NATC). Aerial footage is taken of the USS Coral Sea. Pilots run toward FJ2s. The radar and ship's mast is seen. A civilian enjoys a cup of coffee while observing the flight deck. An elevator rises up with crew and an FJ2. An FJ2 pilot gives the camera a thumbs up. An FJ3 lands. A catapult officer signals. HUP helicopter is filmed rounding the ship in the air. FJ2 lands on deck multiple times.
