LVT-3s move along the beach while a HUP-1 of HU-2 flies overhead. Content related to USMC 103927. F9Fs fly overhead. Civilians, officers of the different branches, and foreign officers observe the maneuvers on the beach from a balcony. Marines unload oil drums from a LSM of the USS Botetourt (APA-136) onto the beach, and use a crane to load the drums on a truck. Footage of signal flags. Marines use communication equipment, travel via a convoy of LVT-3s and M46 tanks, maneuver a rubber assault boat, set up communication wires, receive mail, and eat chow.
