The Marine Silent Drill Platoon drills. Lieutenant General Christian F. Schilt and an officer exit a staff car. Unidentified Marine officers and British Marine officers walk and chat. A British officer inspects Marines. A plaque reads, "Semper Fidelis United States Marine Barracks Washington, D.C. Original site occupied since 1801" and has the Marine Corps emblem.
